Looking ahead to 2027, Toronto’s real estate market stands at a turning point after a lengthy correction period. Elevated listings are still giving buyers more room to negotiate, which can bring some relief to those searching for the right home. According to TD, Ontario’s housing market is set to gradually improve as we move through 2027, following a softer run in 2026. If borrowing costs come down, we could see a boost in transactions—even as the supply of condos remains a key factor to watch. Instead of jumping straight back to the rapid growth we saw during the pandemic, prices are expected to find their footing and stabilize before we see a stronger recovery. My approach has always been to blend market insight with attentive service, helping clients navigate these shifts with confidence and clarity.
